The ESG team supports companies in the transformation to a sustainable business model. Whether you are working on setting up sustainable reporting, devising an ESG tax strategy, providing assurance relating to non-financial information or developing a fully integrated ESG strategy, your work will have an impact on the fundamental decisions a company makes.

Your future role will include:

• Collaboration with teams and clients - from Slovakia and abroad - to ensure that all phases of projects are completed on time and in accordance with PwC quality standard.
• You will support clients in developing and providing assurance on sustainability strategies, decarbonization measures, and sustainability risks reports (ESG reporting).
• Measurement of environmental, economic and social impact
• Support clients in developing and providing assurance on sustainability strategies, decarbonization measures, and sustainability risks reports (ESG reporting).
• Keeping up with the latest developments within sustainable practice and serving as the subject matter expert supporting audit teams/clients.
• Operational activities (collecting data, performing audit activities, reviewing work with a focus on quality).
• You will enhance your skills in managing several stakeholders and will be given the opportunity to work on challenging projects together with diverse team members.

What do we expect?

• You will graduate by June 2024
• University degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability or related field is a big advantaged
• Experience in GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) is an advantage
• You speak English at intermediate to advanced level (min. B2)
• The ability to look for context and understand it
• Ability to think “outside the box” and apply creative and constructive thinking.
• Communicating effectively in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats.
• Interest in working on yourself and desire to learn new things
• Natural curiosity and passion for ESG topics
