Junior State Aid Consultant

Our State Aid Team, the driving force behind project-based consulting and advisory services, is seeking exceptional candidates to join our dynamic team.

Your expertise as a consultant will be instrumental in crafting persuasive proposals on behalf of our clients and providing a support to other colleagues within the following:

• Business advisory services encompass the preparation of project applications for: (i) regional investment aid, (ii) directly managed programs by the Commission (such as the Innovation Fund, CEF, HORIZON, etc.), and (iii) national calls for proposals (e.g., from the Recovery and Resilience Plan, ESIF, etc.)
• Development of a detailed business plan and complex project documentation, including annexes.
• Preparation of state aid scheme(s) and understanding of the legal and timing implications.
• Drafting calls for proposals, including consideration of typical components such as defining objectives, eligibility criteria, selection criteria, intensity of aid, etc.
• Fulfilling reporting and monitoring project obligations.
