The Business Analytics Manager (m/f) will primarily focus on project management. The role includes coordinating the team, leadership in proposal development, and managing proposal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and project manage business analytics initiatives, ensuring successful execution within defined timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact analytics solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Take a leadership role in the development of proposals, leveraging a deep understanding of business analytics and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase our analytical capabilities.
- Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with client requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management/ Economics.
- Proven experience in project management within the field of business analysis and process optimization/ automation.
- Leadership experience in proposal development, demonstrating the ability to contribute to winning business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality analytics solutions.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced level of English and at least good communication level of German
