Main responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements.
- Utilize Business Integration Builder for designing, configuring, and monitoring interfaces between SAP and external systems, ensuring smooth integration.
- Customize SAP HCM functionalities to meet specific business requirements and develop/enhance SAP applications using ABAP programming language.
- Configure and optimize SAP HCM modules to align with organizational processes and goals, providing technical expertise for issue resolution and system performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, and communicate effectively with end-users to understand needs and provide solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of SAP HCM configurations, BIB interfaces, and ABAP code, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP HCM functionalities, addressing and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SAP HCM implementation and customization.
- Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language.
- Experience with Business Integration Builder (BIB) and interfacing with external systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
