The Appian Manager (m/f) will play a critical role in overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment of Appian solutions, ensuring they meet both functional and business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a team of Appian developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for Appian applications, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Appian solutions.
- Hands-on experience in designing and building Appian applications, including process models, user interfaces, integrations, and business rules.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Appian solutions.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to key stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Several proven years of experience in Appian development and project management.
- Appian certification is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
