Appian Manager (m/f)

At PwC, largest consulting company in the Slovak market, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Appian Manager (m/f) to lead Appian engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engagement management, with a specific focus on mobilizing, managing and delivering successful client engagements, including leading teams. This individual should possess extensive experience in Appian development and project management, demonstrating a profound ability to foster collaboration and drive successful delivery of Appian solutions.

The Appian Manager (m/f) will play a critical role in overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment of Appian solutions, ensuring they meet both functional and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a team of Appian developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for Appian applications, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Appian solutions.
• Hands-on experience in designing and building Appian applications, including process models, user interfaces, integrations, and business rules.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Appian solutions.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to key stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Several proven years of experience in Appian development and project management.
• Appian certification is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
