Your Responsibilities will:
- Lead technical teams to design and implement solutions, conquering complex challenges in diverse environments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their requirements and fostering clear communication between clients and the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure on-time delivery of solutions that meet technical and functional requirements.
- Provide technical expertise, diagnose and resolve issues.
- Identify and mitigate project technical risks.
- Share your domain expertise and mentor your team.
- Explore new consulting opportunities within our customer base.
Your skills:
- Master's in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Technical skills including Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Apache POI, and more.
- Proficiency with relational databases and frontend technologies.
- Strong grasp of algorithmic programming and various testing techniques.
- Knowledge of full software development lifecycle.
- Exposure to diverse technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills.
- Positive, results-oriented, and a team player.
- Passion for complex application development and global impact.
