Tax Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Manager to join our Tax team. You would be responsible for leading groups of professional consultants. Our variety of interesting projects is waiting for a strong leader to manage the challenges and deliver the best results for our clients.

Our TAX team at PwC consists of complex teams in various TAX areas. We are strong individualities with focus on professional growth and developing our skills. Our main focus is to create an open and friendly environment where we can share our ideas and help each other grow.

We expect that our new TAX manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

• organizing and leading the preparation of allocated tax returns on your allocated client with more junior colleagues;
• providing advisory services focused on corporate tax issues of our clients;
• monitoring tax legislation and preparing internal analyses and opinions for clients;
• implementing efficiency tools for internal as well as client use;
• cooperate in running the tax team processes and assisting junior colleagues in their professional growth.

• 5+ years of experience with the corporate taxation
• outgoing personality who enjoys talking to clients and tries to understand their issues in order to find the suitable and efficient solutions for them;
• good organizational skills in organizing yourself, organizing a team, allocating work to team members, developing and supporting the team,
• technology savvy in simplifying processes and seeking for the most efficient solutions to be implemented by the team;
• knowledge of Slovak legislation on taxation
• ability to work and actively communicate in English;
