Experienced Financial professional in Regulatory

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an Experienced Financial professional in Regulatory to join our Treasury team within the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services department (PwC Assurance practice).

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Analysis of new regulations for financial institutions and understand their implications for the financial sector
  • Supervising his/her given team based on client‘s requirements
  • Cooperate with teams at various advisory projects mainly focused on regulatory e.g. advising clients from financial sector on regulatory requirements, monitoring of new regulations for financial sector and preparation of regular regulatory updates either internal or external, cooperation on preparation and delivery of internal and external regulatory workshops and trainings, ESG reporting, SFDR reporting etc.

Personality requirements and skills

  • University degree in economic science or related area
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the field of regulatory for financial institutions
  • Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels both in English and Slovak
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other relevant applications
  • Experience with European and Slovak regulation for financial institutions
  • Interest in ESG and SFDR regulation
  • Strong analytical, business oriented and out-of-the box thinking
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
