Your responsibilities will include:
- Validate customer invoices and fulfill all affiliated activities such as invoice mailing, e-invoicing and other tasks
- Solve and answer client’s requests via on-line ticketing system in line with set procedures.
- Communicate via the e-tickets and ensure that all necessary information and documentation is in place to fulfill the request.
- Ensure that all respective e-tickets are addressed and managed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Arrange and process different documents in regard to his/her field of activity.
- Handle all related correspondence and documents that are to be processed.
- Analyse less complex data in order to find solutions to the problems
- Perform a set of period end closing activities for supported territories

Personality requirements and skills
- Sense of detail and precision is a must
- Good communication skills in English, oral and written, with the ability to draft and deliver clear messages to clients
- Ability to think and plan ahead
- Ability to work as part of a team, whether with your colleagues or the practice with the ability to share and collaborate, creating a positive team spirit
- Experience in a similar or an accounting position is an advantage
