Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our IT department is looking for a skillful individual for position of IT Service Desk (Help Desk) assistant.
We’re seeking for an open-minded person with IT “common sense”, which is able to learn quickly and communicate professionally with internal customer, our employees.
No technical IT knowledge needed, whatsoever.

Core responsibilities would include:
  • Notebooks replacements and related software installation (almost fully automated)
  • Mobile phones replacement - mostly iOS devices
  • Administrative necessities and paperwork
  • Maintaining the asset inventories and hardware stock
  • Basic IT ticket logging and handling

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

4 EUR/ hour
