Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Mergers & Acquisitions department in PwC Advisory is currently looking for a Consultant preferably with previous experience in audit/ accounting, who will join our team.
In Mergers & Acquisitions we are helping clients to execute successful deals and create value through mergers, acquisitions, disposals and restructuring. We help clients both on buy side by assisting them to identify potential targets for acquisition, performing due diligence procedures or on the sell side where we help them to identify potential investors and guide them throughout the various phases of the sale process.
Your main responsibilities will cover:

- Working on projects within Mergers & Acquisitions team for our clients
- Supporting project management and optimize process
- Performing research and analysis for our clients
- Preparing project proposals and methodologies

Personality requirements and skills
- University degree/High school degree in Economics
- Experience in similar position and accounting knowledge is big advantage
- Hard-working person with strong financial analysis skills
- Knowledge of accounting
- Fluency in Slovak and active knowledge of English
