Consultant - Strategy Consulting

Our Strategy Consulting team is looking for a new Consultant. You will have the opportunity to build strong, well-rounded strategy consulting skills early in your career.
Strategy Consulting team provides advice and creative solutions for a diverse range of private and public sector clients. We’re guiding them through major strategic decisions and business transformation changes – helping with various challenges from designing new business and operating models to providing ideas that enhance business performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing research and analysis of business and operating models of our clients;
• Preparing project proposals and methodologies;
• Participating in delivering complex solutions, both business and IT within clients’ environment.

We are looking for a diverse range of graduates or experienced people from disciplines or industries such as Economics, Informatics, Management, Banking, Utilities or IT who can demonstrate a combination of:

• Knowledge in strategy design;
• Knowledge in business transformation with focus on digital;
• Knowledge in business architecture i.e. business processes and IT;
• Strong customer focus;
• Creativity and innovative capabilities;
• Analytical and problem solving capabilities;
• Intellectual rigor, flexibility and agility;
• Strong teamwork and inter-personal skills;
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written);
• Self-motivation and direction;
• Fluency in Slovak and English (German language is an advantage).
