Job description, responsibilities and duties

Technical center in Lozorno is the main engineering center in Central Europe for the Exterior Business Group. We are developing brand new products for our premium customers. As part of the technical center, you will be working among international teams of engineers specialized in manufacturing processes, in design, in program purchasing and various other technical functions.

As Paint engineer, you will support development activities linked with development of painting process for new Project.

Your main tasks will be to:
• Lead quotation/acquisition phase for paint process
• Lead paint design analysis of new products
• Responsible for the early development phase of project in cooperation with Plant Paint Process, supporting Problem Solving activities and Open points with Plant Paint team
• Lead paint technology topics, in cooperation with other paint groups members
• Ensure consistent knowledge sharing and transfer by leading/participating in paint networks, participating in R&I projects, analyzing the new Customer Standards and implementing in plants

Our recruitment process:
1️⃣ In the first instance, you will be contacted by Hana, our HR specialist or Martina, our HR support for a phone call of approximately 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Once you have passed the first stage, you will be invited to a first interview with Hana and your future manager to discuss the position, the company and your career path in more detail. This interview can be done remotely.
3️⃣ And finally, a second and final face-to-face interview with your future manager and the HR manager of the site to continue the discussion and to answer all your questions. A role-play can be performed during this interview.

Personality requirements and skills

University degree (technical field, advantage is Plastics / Chemistry engineering)
• English – advanced
• Relevant experiences at least 3 years in paint field or chemistry/polymers/industrial technologies or paint process in automotive industry
• Has already a first experience in project management as project member
• Good communication and organization skills in Slovak and English
• Logical and technical thinking, sense of details and problem solving skills, pro-active
• Willingness to travel and time flexibility
