Injection & tooling development engineer

Main responsibilities on this position are:

• Develop and ensure the tool and injection process tuning from the tool transfer until the product quality approved by the customer
• Bring technical proposal in order to improve the project aims: Quality, Cost, Lead time.
• Is the main technical contact with the toolmakers during the project life in plant
• Use on the daily basis the department data base tools (IPV, DSRO, FAC, Action plan…)
• Organize and lead the Trial Preparation Meeting.
• Is responsible for the Injection Tools trials in plant and definition of process card parameters till SOP
• Take part in the trials and manage the needed actions in order to reach the Injection trials targets defined during the Trial Preparation Meeting
• Take part in the meeting after the trial and the tuning loop, for the analysis and synthesis of the global results with the core team and update the action plan
• Take part in the customer initial samples parts validation
• Up date the department data base (IPV / Raw material / shrinkage)
