Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main mission of the HR specialist is to assure and continuously improve HR processes, procedures and tools to attract, retain, develop and motivate the defined group of employees:
Main responsibility for recruitment process
- including: creation of recruitment request, searching for candidates, pre-selection, organization and performing interviews, final communication to candidates, reporting, maintaining database of candidates,
Communication with managers to ensure career planning or internal mobility
- Prepare and participate in general induction process
- Manage all inputs for creating training plan and competencies management for defined group of employees, support for training organisation
- Participate in people review process, annual assessment reviews
- Being the first HR contact for dedicated group of employees
- Provide advice to the management and employees in the field of human resources legislation;
Responsibility for complex personnel agenda:
- Preparation of documents for the establishment, change and termination of employment,
- Manage, update and archive personal files of employees,
- Ensure the obligations towards social & health security institutions,
- Process and control employee attendance,
- Prepare documents for wages,
- Updating of job descriptions and organizational structure,
- Responsible for monthly and statistics reporting and the application of correct methodology (data quality)
