Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Technical Center Assistant reports hierarchically to the Technical Center Manager. She/he is responsible for all organizational (internal and external) activities within Technical Center:
• Supporting events in Plastic Omnium, organizes meetings in Technical Center, assures communication between Technical Center and external or internal customers (plants)
• Administrator for booking system for hotels and flights - Induction and training of newcomers (Egencia system, Administrative organization)
• Project hours tracking, closing attendance for Process performance team
• Monitoring of Technical Center indicators, reporting SAP data to TC manager, team leaders, HR department
• Coordination of purchasing and assuring of office material; ensuring functioning of office devices (printers, laminators, air conditions, coffee machines, etc.)
• Creating purchase orders and follow up the delivery until successful payment, work with SAP
• Ensuring that the clean desk policy of the Technical Center is followed
• Updating of information boards, internal communication charts, phone list, etc.
