Job description, responsibilities and duties

We offer a great opportunity to join our HR team for a new colleague skilled in HR area. We are looking for a dynamic, positive, communicative, friendly and emphatic person, which enjoys spending time on a site, able to support company business needs.
Your main task will be:
- manage selection process for predetermined positions, analyze recruitment needs,
- maintain and modify database of registered candidates,
- conduct entrance trainings for newly recruited staff,
- coordinate creation and update of job descriptions,
- provide support to managers in the field of labor law, evaluation and remuneration, disciplinary talks,
- ensure satisfaction of employees, comes up with initiatives and suggest appropriate solutions,
- in cooperation with supervisors participate on career development planning and internal mobility,
- coordinate annual performance appraisal (Assessments),
- propose internal rules, instructions and guidelines,
- ensure communication with employees,
- is responsible for organization of internal communication,
- prepare and organize the company's presentations, communicate and secure external and internal advertising,
- prepare regular reports for management,
- collect data for benchmarking and prepare data comparison (benefits, renumeration policy, etc.),
- lead special HR projects,
- lead and administrate process of medical examinations,
- organize corporate social, cultural and sporting events
