Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Within our plant in Hlohovec, you will be in charge of issues and problem solving internally and to the customer :
• Root cause analysis, action planning, application of containment measures for every quality incident
• Defines and releases rework instructions and their application.
• Participates in regular part rejections analysis with the customer for 0km and Warranty.
• Visits the Customer regularly to establish a long term relationship.
• Participates with in the development of PFMEA and the control plan for new products as well as limit samples, and poka-yoke definition, initial sample PPAP submission and Customer run at rate
• Check/ Audit that the controls are rigorously respected and escalate in event of non-compliance
• Updates and follows up the quality production indicators.
• Participates in the daily area production scrap reviews.
• Participates in the Quality Improvement Roadmap activity- as assigned
• Manages the day to day activities and the development of the quality technicians
