Job description, responsibilities and duties
Plastic Omnium Technical center in Lozorno is the main engineering center in Central Europe for the Division Auto Exterior. We are developing brand new products (especially bumpers and another plastic exterior parts), for our premium customers.
Main Duties :
· is responsible for concept development
· leads a team of specialists and experts from different fields of work (paint, assembly, packaging..) in his competence
· is responsible for project budget following
· takes part of pre-manufacture project phases (expertise phase)
· is responsible for integration of project manufacture processes into the production plan of the whole plant
· is responsible for economical parameters of project manufacture (investments, supply costs, number of employees, time cycle...)
· at the start of the project he set the preliminary project budget (hours and costs) and propose modifications and changes based on continuous assessment of the
relevant parameters
· proposes solutions during technical and functional meetings with regard to the production improvement
