Turbado operates internet shops in 8 countries with an innovative business model focused on long term relationships, superior unexpected customer service, guaranteed buyback program, and cross boarder ecommerce. Our shops regularly place on TOP3 “Shop of the Year” in their respective category, having 99.7% customer satisfaction.

We’ve launched the first shops in 5 countries in May 2014. From only one product (Apple iPhone 5S) we rapidly grew to 80 employees, 7 offices and 25k monthly orders in May 2017. We aim to reach 500 Million customers in 28 EU countries and fulfil one Million orders a year with 350 Million Euros turnover.
