Role overview

Team member of CMaaS team supporting the Mondelez Europe Procurement organization provides high quality Info Record Management activities to the Procurement Organization, ensuring that SLAs and other service obligations are met for the work within scope of the role.

Main responsibilities:

Operational Responsibilities:

• Perform supplier price list check (Weighted impact; 1:1 comparison)
• Regular calls with local plants
• Proactively contacting of suppliers via emails/calls to solve any issue which may happen
• Perform SAP Records download & allocation
• Preparation and regular follow up of MRP stuck items
• Creation, amendments, deletions SAP purchase orders (MRP related)
• Participate, as a system key user, to improve the PST operational efficiency
• Testing of technical release changes
• Support and consult with Procurement Business Process Management and Buying Groups to quickly adopt best practices and facilitate harmonization opportunities
• Coordinating of the team if support for Team Leader needs
• Supporting the team with questions & answers, strong team player

Ensure SLAs & KPIs:

• Ensure SLAs and service obligations are met for the work within scope
• Ensure the fulfillment and update of the process documentation

Compliance, Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations e.g. SOX, Global - - Procurement Policy, Global Master Data Policy
• Support relationship with internal stakeholders and Local Procurement colleagues
