As a key member of the Mondelez Business Services (MBS) Performance Management team, this role will be responsible for ensuring the data accuracy and integrity of all MBS governance data. Our preferred work location of this position is Bratislava in Slovakia, but we welcome applications form Mumbai as well as Delhi in India.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the deployment and ongoing delivery of the Partner Performance Data Lifecycle (PPDL) across 8+ MBS Functions and 5+ Service Providers
  • Ensure the quality and timely delivery of MBS Performance Management scorecards and reports to relevant executive stakeholders, including providing the relevant functional and operational insights to drive improvements
  • Partner with Report Delivery teams to meet ongoing reporting requirements and serve as an escalation point as necessary
  • Develop self-initiated, effective working relationships with Service Provider Service Management and MBS Partner Operations teams to identify and communicate performance information, understand stakeholder needs and to solve complex issues
  • Ensure adherence of external Service Management teams to MBS reporting & data standards along with contractual deliverables & obligations
  • Provide analytics and insights into MBS performance opportunities through executive-appropriate analyses
  • Review ongoing performance management activities to identify and recommend automation and/or other process improvement opportunities, collaborating with Report Delivery team to prioritize delivery
  • Prioritise and prepare project plans and business cases for key improvements and lead project teams to implement approved initiatives
  • Measure and report benefit/value realization of all MBS reporting & analytics initiatives
  • Responsible for performance management and governance of MBS performance metrics to monitor the service levels and adherence to contractual commitments for external annual contracts of $120MM+ as part of an overall $325MM operating budget

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8-10 years of related experience (e.g. Reporting & analytics, program management, process design & transformation)
  • Strong customer service-orientation, ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Self-directed, able to multi-task and manage fluctuating workload, including multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • In-depth experience analyzing data from multiple sources and developing correlations
  • Sense of urgency and high operational excellence
  • Strong technical and operations expertise in shared service center operations including performance management
  • High level of proficiency in oral and written communications
  • Strong work ethic and an ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global work environment
