Manufacturing
As part of Manufacturing, you’ll use your skills, our systems and a wide array of raw materials to help create the delicious finished products our consumers love. While taking ownership in your area of work, you’ll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain.

As part of Manufacturing, you’ll use your skills, our systems and a wide array of raw materials to help create the delicious finished products our consumers love. While taking ownership in your area of work, you’ll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leads dedicated production line team and manage the corresponding process with the aim to achieve safety, product quality, planned product volume and optimal line efficiency at minimum costs.
- Organize the production processes on dedicated line.
- Support implementation of new appropriate procedures, products and technologies - establishing optimal process parameters.
- Assure financial, legal, safety and quality management system requirements
- Ensure safety environment and SSE rules fulfilment.
- Lead continuous improvement process at the area of responsibility, submitting improvement suggestions, implementation of suggestions.
- Report and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), propose and implement measurable action plans to achieve targets.
- Actively support new product development projects and installations or process changes.
- Back-up for Daily Planner - create daily plans for manufacturing for specified lines and communicate with central planning team and team leaders regarding daily plans.
Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Advanced (C1) and Czech - Proficiency (C2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
Personality requirements and skills
- Secondary education in mechanics, food technology, economics
- Graduated engineer, economist is a plus
- Technology of confectionary and detailed knowledge of the process
- 1 year of experience in Process-Engineering / Food-Technology / Packaging-Engineering (material, process and machinery)
- SAP knwolegde would be an asset
- Leadership, appraising and motivating skills
- Effective communication with internal and external partners
- Good English and fluent Slovak/Czech languages
