Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Managing the local NPR categories like Facilities (sourcing, negotiating, etc.).
• Maintaining the P2P system with catalogue buying and online market place.
• The execution of PO’s for the Global NPR Procurement team and the follow up of these orders.
• Alignment with the Master Data Maintenance team on the management of the NPR master data in the ERP system(s).
• Support the NPR Category Managers in regular tasks like scheduling of meetings, preparation of presentations, data gathering etc..
• Manage the signing process and recording of contractual documents in relevant databases.
