Customer Service Representative with Swedish language

We are opening a new position at our customer service department which is suitable also for fresh graduates with advanced knowledge of Swedish language.

If you feel comfortable in dealing with the customers, speak a required foreign language fluently and enjoy administrative work, send us your CV right away!

Your daily scope of work will include:
* Processing of customers´ orders in SAP system
* Monitoring of orders
* Regular data updates in SAP
* Processing and handling of claims
* Providing required information to internal and external customers - delivery time, amount of stocks etc.
* Following the working procedures
* Processing of all related administrative tasks

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Swedish - Upper intermediate (B2)

* Advanced spoken and written communication in Swedish language
* Practical experience in a similar role is advantageous but not a must
* Good PC skills - MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
* Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
* Well-developed communication skills and the ability to convince with presentation skills
* Afinity to administrative tasks
* Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills
* Ability to interact and cooperate with other team members
