KPMG is looking for a new hire to join our Customer Experience team.
As our Senior CX Specialist, you will be expected to work on customer experience projects and produce high quality, competitive proposals for our clients. You will collaborate closely with Topic Experts and KPMG teams.

• Preparation of proposals for clients
• Cooperation with other KPMG entities
Skills and requirements
• Passion for designing superb customer experience throughout sectors
• Creativity
• Analytical skills
• Facilitation skills

• University degree
• MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Fluency in English language
• Experience from behavioral economy, marketing or sales are highly appreciated
• Min of 5 years experience in sales management or marketing management or channels management
