Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
At this position you will:
- Prepare and implement internal communication activities to strengthen the KPMG culture and employee engagement
- Develop creative communication plans and manage number of complex projects and initiatives
- Create key messaging, draft and design communications, identify audience and effective use of channels including digital and social
- Communicate corporate news and policies to the employees as to maintain the understanding of company activities using various channels
- Create internal magazine including source, write and edit engaging stories
- Provide support for messaging and communications at employee conferences and internal events, including pre and after communication
- Cooperate on Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding activities in line with the company strategy
- Prepare and evaluate campaigns focused on recruitment of graduates in cooperation with Recruitment and Marketing teams
- Create content of day-to-day activities on social media (Facebook, Instagram) to strengthen the relationship of the candidates with the KPMG brand
- Participate on other various projects.
