We are looking for a clever and enthusiastic colleague, who will lead a team of 10 – 15 subordinates.
Your scope of responsibilities cover:

• Coordinating work of the team, execute given tasks, support in professional development
• Setting targets and monitor team progress
• Participating and/or leading projects
• Developing your team, inspire and engage to reach high performance
• Solving in-coming daily business together with your team and peers
• Reporting KPIs
• Be a key contact person for our German speaking client

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Advanced (C1)

• Active German and English language is a must
• Experience in organizing and leading a team at least 2 years
• Knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Organizational and time management skills
• Pragmatic with a strong sense of responsibility
