We are looking for Process Specialist S2C (Business Process Renewal Program) for KONE Business Services in Bratislava Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours to maximize collaboration with key stakeholders and responsible to handle the operations.

About the Process Specialist Role:

The Process Specialist position is accountable for ensuring the efficient execution of activities within the sell-to-cash (S2C) process, covering customer data management, service contracts, billing, collections, and cash application. A pivotal aspect of this role involves facilitating the successful deployment and user acceptance of S4 HANA by focusing on localization design, pre-deployment readiness, process documentation, and training initiatives.
This role is specifically focusing on the Sell-to-Cash area, which contains activities related to customer master data, service contract management, pre-billing and invoicing activities, accounts receivable management, collections, and cash application. The role requires especially understanding regarding usage of SAP in those processes. Knowledge of the related to other technologies in the area is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-deployment Readiness & Localization Design:
  • Participate in localization design workshops to comprehend business requirements and ensure alignment with regional needs.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on process expertise and user insights.
  • Assess the impact of parallel projects and conduct architecture analysis.

Deployment Support:
  • Utilize process expertise to conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for internal staff and key users.
  • Assist in final dress rehearsals and cutover activities to ensure a seamless system launch and data migration.

Process Documentation:
  • Collaborate with BPR teams to update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other process documents to reflect ERP system changes.
  • Ensure the clarity and effectiveness of documentation guiding users through new processes and functionalities.
  • Prepare URD in line with business requirements and technical feasibility.

Deliverables:
  • Active participation in localization workshops and documented contributions to design decisions.
  • Comprehensive analysis reports of the KONE Way process adoption.
  • Change impact assessment reports with mitigation strategies.
  • Delivery of effective training and support for end-users during system deployment.
  • Updated SOPs and process documents reflecting new system functionalities.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement or a related field.
  • Sound understanding of business process analysis and reengineering methodologies.
  • Experience with user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with attention to detail and accuracy.

Desired Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP, particularly in its application to the mentioned processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems and change management methodologies.
  • Experience in training development, delivery, and proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
