Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Business Support Agent you will work closely with your colleagues abroad helping them to administratively support their sales process (from contract creation up to the billing part). In this way you can have a great impact on the quality of our brand and processes in front of our customers and thus help to improve the flow of urban life in the world.

What would be your daily responsibilities?

  • Creating customer accounts and responding to internal requests;
  • Administrating and modifying important contracts (in SAP);
  • Managing master data and analyzing potential errors (in MS Excel);
  • Supporting billing/invoicing process to ensure end-to-end process;
  • Providing back-reporting and quality checks;

We offer you the basic salary starting from 1300 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. (English B2 level)
  • Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to document preparation and management.
  • Proficiency in using different software and systems for data entry, document creation, and communication. (Microsoft 365)
  • Ability to adapt and learn new tools quickly to support efficient workflow processes.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with teams and stakeholders
