Who are we?


KONE opened its Business Services Center in Bratislava in 2006 and since then it has been continuously growing and developing. It’s been a long journey from a small office to an established center with almost 350 employees from over 25 countries. What would be your role?


Contribute in development, maintenance and improvement of the support provided by HR Services to Performance & Reward area

Build a strong working relationship with different internal stakeholders/departments

Participate in daily HR Services delivery and support our agents in resolving more complex queries

Train and coach HR Services team regarding different HR processes including the related Workday and Konealearning.com functionalities

Regularly update the work instructions and other process specific documentation , seeks additional approval on these work instructions from the Area/Global CoE in collaboration with HR Services colleagues

Review & analyze the processes as well as stakeholder (user) experience to provide input for the Process Managers, HR Services & Centre of Expertise ensuring process alignment within KONE strategy and global processes

Ensure continuous improvement and LEAN methodology to simplify the way of working for Performance & Reward area

Continuous documentation and development of the knowledge base, process and RACI documentation.

We offer you the basic salary starting from 1400 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

What do you need to be successful at the role?

  • 2 years of previous experience within Shared Services environment (HR operations would be beneficial)
  • English language on an advanced and fluent level
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office / Excel), knowledge of Workday would be an advantage
  • Interest in Technology & Process improvement (experience would be a plus)
  • Strong account management focus, empathy and true service mindset
  • Presentation and communication skills, ability to review and train processes from different user groups perspectives
  • Attention to detail and reporting capability
