Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our international HR services team here in Bratislava is looking for a new team member, who would help our French recruitment team to find and recruit the best talent supporting them throughout the whole process and be a strong communication partner internally as well as externally.

What will be your daily responsibilities?

You will be mainly responsible for supporting local Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialists in France with sourcing the best candidates and ensuring the recruitment process runs seamlessly, including:

  • CV analysis and candidate research
  • ​Managing candidate pools and sources
  • Candidate screening and booking manager interviews
  • Supporting assessment and testing process
  • Handling and processing administrative tasks in our internal HR system
  • Working closely together with other HR colleagues to support the business and provide a smooth and consistent user experience
