What you will do

Do you have an extensive experience from HR Operations field? Would you like to support the EMEA HRSSC implementation roadmap and roll-out of related tasks and all Business-as-Usual HR Operations activities? TAnd be happy to coordinate various continuous improvement and automation initiatives?

How you will do it

  • Leads regional service delivery, including any required stakeholder management including JCI functional teams as well as third-party solution provider partners

  • Ensures team members understand and use HRSSC tools and processes

  • Prepares team performance reports

  • Implements continuous process improvement framework and champions related initiatives to improve end-to-end process effectiveness and efficiency

  • Drives through goal setting and sponsoring site level automation initiatives by cooperating with the regional Quality & CI Manager and the HR Technology organization

  • Supervises metrics, drives consistent service delivery through establishing quality system in line with HRSSC standards

  • Maintains customer-service focus within the operation and handles active partnering with the in-region HR stakeholders (payroll, local HR and various HR Center of Expertise teams)



What we look for

  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory level experience within HR Service Center management, relative to specific specialist functional process area responsibilities

  • Experience in driving or supporting global / regional payroll transition programs, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & successfully

  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to organize and plan effectively, able to coordinate and develop Supervisors

  • Ability to lead and motivate others

  • Expertise in establishing control frameworks and compliance culture, experience in Knowledge Management processes

  • Experience to work in a global company

  • English Proficient (written and spoken)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred, HR education is an advantage

  • Knowledge of other European language

Salary starting from 4000 EUR/month gross based on relevant experience.
