Project Manager

What you will do

As a Project Manager you will search for improvement and saving opportunities in cooperation with finance managers and directors in your dedicated department at BBC finance operations. Once identified and confirmed, you will deliver projects in cooperation with the department specialists, IT and RPA team, in order to realize the targets. Your main aim is to transform company’s processes into standardized, efficient and automated operations supporting the fast moving transnational business through our shared service centre. How you will do it

  • Actively seek opportunities for process improvement, automation and saving opportunities
  • Cooperate on building project roadmap delivering improvements and savings each fiscal year
  • Using Lean Six Sigma methodology, or any other Project management methodology, lead project teams to deliver project cost, quality and time objectives established by the Leadership and their respective business unit or functional executive
  • Actively cooperate with RPA team on mutual identification of automation opportunities and delivery of projects by initial process capture, analysis, standardisation and further changes
  • Prepare detailed plans to track project performance, define the targeted process, perform process analysis, identify improvements and changes, build a business case on the proposed changes, identify and mitigate risks of non-delivery, assure completion and achievement of quality and savings goals on time and within budget
  • Report on project progress to Senior CI Manager and Finance Director and other appropriate leadership levels at least on a monthly basis
  • Document improvement process learning
  • Communicates results of the projects to ow
What we look for:

  • Degree in engineering/ business studies/economics
  • At least 4-5 years’ experience in leading projects (preferably improvement methods Lean Six Sigma, Agile or other) with demonstrable financial results documented in CV
  • Experience within Finance organization, Shared Service Center, telco or banking
  • Advanced computer skills MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Visio
  • Advanced English is a must

Salary starting from 2700 EUR/month gross (plus a monthly bonus) based on relevant experience. This salary is our minimum advertised salary.
