Student support for the RTR department

What is RTR?
Our Record to Report team is responsible for completing general accounting transactions across the JCI business portfolio, whilst at the same time, ensuring that we meet our internal and external reporting and control requirements.

What will you do
• Comparison of bank statements and entries in the General Ledger
• Detection of irregularities and its subsequent solution with PTP department
• Maintaining the database/archived documents and keeping it up to date
• Communication within the Johnson Controls company
• Support for senior colleagues (as needed)
• This is a fixed-term support and focuses on supporting the RTR team (Record to Report)
Required
• Intermediate level of English language
• Basics of Excel
• Able to work approx. 20 hours/week
• Student preferably from finance/business or economic school
• Reliability
• Willingness to learn
