Finance Analyst 50% US Time

How you will do it
In your role as a Finance Analyst you will be required to gather, organize, and assess data from various sources in order to assemble coherent management reports and reports for internal customers on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
You will be required to locate and define new reports, design dashboards to support business strategy changes and identify process improvement opportunities that enhance automation and efficiency. You will be able to identify financial statuses by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Alongside this you will have the opportunity to support internal and external auditors through timely data provision and follow up actions.
On a monthly basis, you will be involved in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for performance calls with internal customers, you will providing trending data and forecasts; explaining the processes and techniques used and making recommendations.

What we look for
• Fluent in English, strong verbal and written communication skills
• 2 years as Finance Analyst or similar with a degree in business administration or professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook, including:
o Database design and implementation.
o VBA for Excel an advantage
o Ability to utilize formulas to enhance automation
o Utilize Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
o development of Views, Tables and scripts for automation - preferred
• Excellent customer service, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced team environment while meeting deadlines
• Experience in ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, iScala) is an advantage
• Solid self-management
• Team player with pro-active approach and problem solving personality
• Good Analytical thinker
• Experience of working in Shared Service Centre/Retained/Outsourced environment an advantage

Salary starting from 1000 EUR/month gross (plus a 13th month salary) based on relevant experience.

The team you will be joining is supporting US market, therefore your working hours will be from 1:30pm till 10pm.

• 30% of extra salary on top of your basic salary
• 2 fully paid meal vouchers per day (for lunch and dinner)
