Mid-Career Customer Service Professional

What you will do
  • manage customer accounts portfolio of assigned branches / countries and ensure that customers are contacted and paying in a timely and efficient manner through daily phone calls
  • determine and log any contact activity and call outcomes, with follow-up dates
  • resolve specific disputes for designated reason codes
  • track status of disputed accounts receivable
  • perform regular account reconciliation with customers
  • be focused on maximum possible cash flow release and reduction of risk exposure
  • update the portfolio with relevant information obtained through external calls with customers and internal calls to sales, operations and other JCI personnel
  • collect relevant information via customer websites/portals and update it in the IT tool
  • appraise leadership in case of signs of potential bankruptcy


What we look for
Required
  • fluent English in both spoken & written form (level C1 or similar)
  • professional communication skills over the phone leading to strong working relationships
  • previous work experience with 20-25 calls/day
  • strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • proactive and goal-driven performance, passionate about hitting goals
  • demonstrate integrity & emotional maturity; strong work ethic
Preferred
  • analytical skills are highly appreciated
  • university education with financial/ economic background (or experience) preferred, but not a must
  • IT skills: MS Excel and Credit and Collection software skills (IBC, GetPaid)

We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions. We carefully consider your professional competencies, qualifications and experience in our compensation package and/or when offering you other positions. Our compensation philosophy is to pay fairly, also considering market situation and the value employees may bring to company. The starting salary is 1000 euros per month for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.  However, candidates with required language and/or two plus years work experience will achieve higher earnings.
