Accountant Clerk - Pricing Master Data

Job description:
* Customer creation & maintenance - ensure customer master data completeness and proper customer set up
* Communicate with internal customers via email or phone to update customer data
* Ensure correct functionality of internal Customer Tools, which are used for receiving the customer master data set up or change requests
* Properly store and document all back up for new customers and changes done in CMF (Customer Master File)
* Audit and cleanse master data to ensure system accuracy and eliminate inconsistencies
* Follow internal controls and policies
* Properly and timely closing of Continuous Monitoring Analytics
* Ensure no duplicate and dummy customers are entered in to the system
* Recommend process improvement and efficiencies

 
Requirements:
* Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting
* Working experience in Finance/Accounting is an advantage
* Accounting background and accuracy
* Pro-active attitude
* MS-Office user knowledge
* Experience in ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, iScala) is an advantage
* English on advanced level

You will be based in our brand new offices opened in July 2017 and onsite facilities which include a fitness center, canteen and nursery. If you are relocating to Bratislava to join JCI you will be eligible to receive a housing allowance to help you get your new life set up!  
 
The team you will be joining is supporting US market 50% (2 weeks/month), during which your working hours will be from 1:30 pm till 10 pm.
