Customer and Communication Specialist

* Develop presentations and communication materials for JCI´s Bratislava Business Center (BBC), oversee overall JCI´s BBC
* Responsible for coordinating and running customer satisfaction survey and implementing action plan
* Maintain JCI´s BBC Community site and populate it with content – especially newsfeed posts
* Organizing and managing JCI´s BBC workshops based on finance strategy
* Coordinating updates of JCI´s BBC customer portal pages in alignment with Global Business Services Knowledge and Portal Manager
* JCI´s BBC portal regular update
* Organizing meetings / calls with internal customers (monthly performance calls)
* Organize and manage (not present) quarterly calls with business finance people (20 calls per quarter)
* Updating and sharing the contact list with business, link with business unit liaison
* Strong focus on customers; helping to improve internal customer satisfaction
* Managing internal customers visit
* University degree from social sciences (Marketing, Management, PR, Communication, etc.)
* Fluent in English
* Strong communication skills
* Experiences in Communication, PR, Marketing
* Flexible, proactive and detail oriented personality
* Finance background is advantage
