Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Documentation Specialist to join our Transfer Pricing Team, supporting our businesses, based in Bratislava, Slovakia.

The Transfer Pricing Documentation Specialist will be under general direction of Manager Transfer Pricing and will be primarily focusing on preparation of the global transfer pricing documentation.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior specialists in Bratislava and maintain close relationships with tax and accounting teams.

Primary responsibilities of the Transfer Pricing Documentation Specialist:

• The Transfer Pricing Specialist prepares the transfer pricing documentation and analysis regarding inter-company transactions in a manner consistent with regulatory standards including OECD and BEPS initiatives.
• The Transfer Pricing Documentation Specialist analyses financial information, reviews financial statements and tax returns, reconciles these, collects proper supporting documentation, including inter-company agreements and drafting global transfer pricing documentation.
• In order to excel in the role, the Transfer Pricing Specialist builds and maintains excellent relationships with senior personnel within corporate tax and accounting organization. He or she contributes towards the successful completion of corporate income tax audits that include transfer pricing matters and other transfer pricing analysis and processes.

Essential:
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of finance/accounting experience with a focus on compliance and data management in accountancy practice.
• Experience in financial reporting, financial analysis and cost analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Desirable:
• Transfer pricing experience is an advantage, but not required.
• US GAAP, other international GAAP (IFRS) and local GAAP knowledge an advantage.
• ERP systems knowledge (including SAP R/3 and Oracle) an advantage.
• Hyperion knowledge (Enterprise/HFM) an advantage.
