The Core Operations Specialist contributes to improving customer experience by ensuring safe and comfortable environment in the Meeting Place - Avion Bratislava. Actively contributes to developing the Meeting place towards becoming the most sustainable Asset on the local market

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
What can you expect to do as a Core Operations Specialist?
• Partner with Facility Management team to ensure delivering good FM service with positive impact on customer experience
• Responsible for updating all requirements for FM organisation on yearly basis
• Be the interface between MP Management Team and FM Service for activities that will require a technical component
• Be the interface between FM Service and MP Management team in terms of continuous performance improvement in sustainability area including energy, emissions and water management, waste management, implementation of company and other local sustainability initiatives, in cooperation with Community Engagement
• Build up overall Shopping Centre Risk Management on fire safety, security, facility safety, natural hazard prevention, traffic safety, crime prevention, training on safety & security and environmental issues, etc
• To be responsible for overall day-to-day safety check, audit and accident investigation; interface with insurance company/independent 3rd party on IKEA Blue Survey and; Regular reporting to central risk function and support annual Sec Check
• Be responsible for the cost part of MP P&L in his/ her area of responsibility, drives cost part Budget/ Estimation planning process and follow-up in close cooperation with FM organization, relevant Domains and SO Business Navigation, secures the delivery of financial KPIs in regards to operational and FM costs by closely cooperating with and navigating FM organization, ensures on budget execution of planned technical (FM) and core operations investments under his/her scope
