People & Culture (HR) Generalist

YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:
• Execute all operational People tasks related to P&C at unit level to deliver an excellent co-worker experience.
• Ensure friendly and trustful environment and contribute to the positioning of IKEA as a great place to work.
• Lead the process of competence development and succession planning.
• To be business partner for leaders.
• Secure, organize and facilitate trainings and development centres.
• Support in developing co-workers according to their individual talents.
• Daily operation in HR processes (SAP, MS Office as the base and other programs) and daily support for colleagues.
• Implement a co-worker relations plan that effectively manages all local interactions with coworkers and ensures that all areas in the unit work with the labour relations principles and uphold local policies, procedures and laws.
• Health & Safety topics (medical checks etc.)

• You can communicate confidently in English (written, spoken form), Slovak language is needed.

• Detail -oriented
• Knowledge about Slovak Labor Law is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR generalist or experience in multiple HR positions or HR degree is an advantage.
