ABOUT THE JOB
As a Unit Facility Management Project Leader, you will manage all Facility Management (FM) aspects in Avion property to optimize the value and efficiency of property in a sustainable way according to the real estate scope in Ingka.
You will:
- Be responsible to make sure that Avion projects are managed during their execution properly including safety, compliance, maintenance, in order to ensure a safe and operational environment for the business, co-workers, customers and other stakeholders
- Be responsible for all activities related to long term planning, budget estimation, execution, follow up, forecasting and reporting within the FM scope within Avion property
- Implement and evaluate supplier contracts at unit level in alignment with internal governance structure for supplier contracts to improve efficiencies/costs/equipment and quality
- Manage relationships with Business owners within the unit to ensure business needs are met by collecting requirements, setting annual goals and periodic follow ups
- Manage time, quality and budget status of appointed ongoing facility management projects at AVION property and ensuring compliance with Ingka standards
- Analyze and propose actions to increase Partner and Visitors satisfactions to Operations in Avion property

REQUIREMENTS
- You have University degree preferred in the field of Engineering, Property, Facility management. Preferred 5 years of work experience in this field.
- Proven Project management experiences
- Fluent in English and Slovak/Czech language
