Unit Facility Management Project Leader, AVION

Since you will be working with different suppliers it is important that you love building relationships – both remotely and in real meetings. You have high level technical understanding and experience in all aspects of different types of buildings and connected equipment as well as understanding of FM asset management (maintenance and repair history, reinvestment planning).

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Unit Facility Management Project Leader, you will manage all Facility Management (FM) aspects in Avion property to optimize the value and efficiency of property in a sustainable way according to the real estate scope in Ingka.

You will:

  • Be responsible to make sure that Avion projects are managed during their execution properly including safety, compliance, maintenance, in order to ensure a safe and operational environment for the business, co-workers, customers and other stakeholders
  • Be responsible for all activities related to long term planning, budget estimation, execution, follow up, forecasting and reporting within the FM scope within Avion property
  • Implement and evaluate supplier contracts at unit level in alignment with internal governance structure for supplier contracts to improve efficiencies/costs/equipment and quality
  • Manage relationships with Business owners within the unit to ensure business needs are met by collecting requirements, setting annual goals and periodic follow ups
  • Manage time, quality and budget status of appointed ongoing facility management projects at AVION property and ensuring compliance with Ingka standards
  • Analyze and propose actions to increase Partner and Visitors satisfactions to Operations in Avion property

The role is based in Bratislava, Slovakia

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have University degree preferred in the field of Engineering, Property, Facility management. Preferred 5 years of work experience in this field.
  • Proven Project management experiences
  • Fluent in English and Slovak/Czech language

Wage: from 2000 € btt. / monthly depending on experience. Contract for 1 year with possibility of prolongation.
