Contract Management Specialist for DACH market

Key responsibilities include:
Your primary role and responsibility will be to support DACH market and support projects for services which are delivered by IBM ACH. You will join a Swiss C&I team who serves the major Key customers of IBM Switzerland E2E, presales and post sales. Part of the job responsibilities will be also registration of new projects, project changes, adjustments based on the agreements with customer. After the service delivery based on the input from business you will create invoices and adjust invoices issued in case of customer claim.

This Job role contains lot of communication internally with PBS Consulting Business, Finance team, Pricing, Process team and other supporting functions.

You have possibility to grow, extend your knowledge and bring ideas for process, tools, operating model simplification and improvements and make the difference in your field.
You will be part of the team which will educate you, and support you during the learning process but also later on.
With this is linked also workload distribution and assignment of other tasks.

Contract management specialist is a good start and enables you to growth and utilize your experience and insight for other complex job roles within the Q2C organization.


Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
• Fluent English language (B2)
• Intermediate German language (B1)
• Advanced level of MS Office - Excel
• SAP experience is an advantage

Minimum starting salary is 1.700 Eur /month, offered salary depends on candidate's experience.
