Project Manager (IT Governance & Compliance)

This person is responsible for analyzing IT environments to determine and manage activities to ensure compliance with relevant IBM guidelines and standards.
In addition this person will manage projects for the foundation of new legal entities and manage the x-process / workstream structure necessary.
For both responsibilities the PM M&A IT Governance & Compliance will support the implementation of IBM/CIO solutions as appropriate for the type of organization (integrated or not integrated with IBM).

Your responsibilities
• Collect, analyze and report data concerning IT environments of acquired organizations to identify gaps between present situation and planned environments.
• To identify risks for IBM corporation as part of a target acquisition for internal operational IT processes
• Coordinate and manage IT security & compliance milestones for new acquired Non integrated IBM subsidiaries (Vulnerability scans, encryption, etc.)
• Cooperate with IBM Business Controls and BISO to support compliance and risk identification and documentation
• Coordinate and setup of IT compliance reviews where appropriate
• Perform Due Diligence & Discovery at acquired legal entities
• Perform Iteration and Project Management on new legal entity setups

• User experience with security scanning tools wishful but not mandatory
• Base knowledge about network implementations (TCP IP, Firewalls, routing...)
• Base knowledge about IAM tools
• Base knowledge about different encryption protocols and methods
• Base knowledge about Service management
