We are waiting just for you!As aLinux administrator you will provide support to a global Linux infrastructure.Onthis role you will manage and maintain system and production environment for a clientin a projectimplementation manner for timely delivery of required tasks.

Your day to day activities will include:

network modifications on OS layer (IP modification, routing, DNS record maintenance)
storage management –RAID configuration, add/remove physical or virtual disks
Some AIX: PowerHA, HMC, VIOS management
Some Solaris: LDOM virtualization/zone management
PKI certification management
security management (SUDO)
HW vendor management (cooperation with IBM, Oracle, HP, and Dell)
OS patch management
OS backup and restoration
performance and tuning in
OS layer
problem management (problem ticket creation at vendor), root cause analysis
direct work with the client technical personnel

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Understanding of OS Linux/UNIX
1+ years of Linux/UNIX server administration experience in large corporate environment
Skills in problem determination, analysis and resolution
Experience withimplementing of backup and disaster recovery concepts, security strategies and high-availability solutions
Hardware design and configuration knowledge
Good understanding of SAN and Network concepts
Comprehensive overall IT knowledgeVery good presentationand documentation skills
Availability to work during out-of-office hours
