Onboarding HR Student support

---- What will you be doing? ----
Onboarding tasks:
- Maintaining a database of information to secure a smooth start of all new employees; following-up on special/ad-hoc cases individually
- Administration of new employees across HR systems, resolving any issues with responsible parties
- Processing and verification of future employees’ personal data
- Supporting managers regarding HR systems
- Communicating with talent acquisition partners/recruiters, managers and onboarding vendors in order to secure that all new employees complete mandatory checks/training.

Induction days:
- Providing support with organising welcome/start dates at IBM (Start at IBM session), including merchandise, logistics etc.
- Preparing regular “final lists”, monthly reports and ad-hoc reports for onboarding and management.

Foreigners agenda:
- Supporting foreigners employed at IBM
- Cooperating with managers and the external vendor with organising work permits, renewals of existing employees’ permits etc.

---- What are we looking for? ----
- University student in 2nd to 4th year of study
- Able to work approximately 20 hours/week
- English and Slovak language on B2 level (especially in written communication)
- Proactive attitude
- Experience with MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Attention to detail
- Sense of humor :)
