Job Description

  • Taking part on project meetings
  • Responsibility for timely input data/specification for other project team members respecting project time schedule
  • Responsibility for documents (or files, as 3D model) used for RFQ/PO process of assigned prod-uct/system
  • Managing of selected supplier to fulfil his obligations for product and documentations
  • Collaboration with System Engineer, Process Engineers, other Arrangement Planers, and taking part in HZI internal project meetings
  • Development of systems within budget limits
  • Reading PID diagrams and implementing in to E3D
  • Collaboration with other departments, as e.g. civil dept. with loading point/data, etc….
  • Preparation of the technical specifications for components and systems (as BOQ, Pipe list, Valve list, Isometric Drawings, etc…)
  • Checking the documentation of suppliers (design documents, engineering documents, interface specifications, etc….)
  • Support for site team during erection and installation
  • Is aware of the HSE requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them


Qualifications

  • Industry experience (Oil&gas/Energy sector/EfW experience)
  • Relevant system knowledge (Piping, Equipments, Steel structure, Civil, etc….)
  • Independent development and optimalization of system
  • Good understanding of PID diagrams
  • Knowledge of E3D and/or other 3D-CAD programs (AutoCad 3D, SmartPlant or similar)
  • Fluent (minimum B2 level) in written and spoken English and Slovak, any other language skills are an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Good effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Deep focus for details
  • Integrative thinking abilities in order to work/design to achieve the best (technical/commercial) out-come
  • Intercultural competence: ability to function and communicate effectively across cultures
