Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating all  data migrations within the OneERP project. OneERP is introducing a new ERP system and data must be migrated from legacy ERP systems and 3rd party applications to the new ERP system. Coordinating these migraiton. The role is developing and maintaining migration strategies and toolkits together with the stakeholders. The role is also coordinating all the needed activities together with the project members and the external partners.
The role is also leading projects; ensuring of deliverables, deadlines, costs and risks; establishing project organization and leading project team. 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  •     Coordination of all HZI internal data migration activities within OneERP (ERP consolidation project)
  •     Manage IT projects in the areas of migration of SW, HW and infrastructure within the HZI Group.
  •     Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  •     Liaising with stakeholders such as OneERP program management, project personnel, suppliers, and BPO / key users regarding project requirements and activities.
  •     Monitor and report data migration (project) progress. 
  •     Drive adoption & change management where necessary
  •     Ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  •     Ensure the data migration (project) is documented reasonably.
  •     Ensure creation and maintenance of data migration documentation.


Qualifications

  • Solid educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
  • Experience in ERP systems and related data migration
  • Knowledge of and experience with project management methods (Prince2, Hermes, PMI, Project+, etc.)
  • Leadership, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong people skills
  • Good communication skills, motivation, customer orientation as well as an exact and independent way of working
  • Very good English communication skills, spoken and written, German knowledge advantageous.
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • Quick comprehension, with a high degree of initiative and good problem-solving thinking in an innovative and very dynamic environment
